Joey Robert Parks is a Phoenix native, author, ghostwriter, and art director. He has been writing since second grade and has never experienced writer’s block. He has worked across genres and publishing paths, from self-published books to traditionally published projects, and is endlessly fascinated by the way well-crafted words give shape to people’s ideas, identities, and memories.

Drawn to the invisible forces that influence memory, meaning, and connection, Joey brings that sensibility to both his own stories and the stories he helps others bring to life. He cares deeply about authenticity in a writer’s voice, compelling writing, and the small details that make a piece of work feel alive. He loves cats, great titles, and the mysterious way ideas come to him in fragments before their gravity pulls them together into something whole.
